Flashdryer is a plant emabling the utilizer to dry-out semisolid
or "palable product" characterized by :
-
Thermal efficiency 86%
-
Specific thermal consumption 700 - 850 Kcal/Kg of evaporated water
-
Possibility to make use of any different kind of fuel
-
Minimum maintenance
-
Complete treatment of the product
-
Recycling part of the dryed product, it is easy to increase the ( work ability )
of the product itself, even in presence of products not sufficiently solid
-
Exhaust air is filtered via a "bags-filter" and, when necessary, washed via scrubber
-
Working temperature from 200 - 600 °C
Applications:
-
Organic and inorganic sludge
-
Biological sludge
-
Zootechnic nourishment
-
Fertilizers
-
Phosphate
-
Clay
-
Kaolin

Into the "Flashdryer" the heat necessary to evaporate the water present inside the products to be treated, is transmitted directly with Hot air, coming from an Hot-air generator, this guarantee the best thermal efficiency.
The semisolid product to be dryed-out, is introduced inside the disperser from top via an archimedean screw.
On the center of the disperser, the hot air is blowed-in at a wanted temperature, removing the liquid component.
The dryed particles generated in this way, are sucked by an efficient sucking system and conveyed to cyclones which separate it from the air and collected.
The strong sucking, not only eliminate the humid air, but encourage evaporation maintaining the disperser under negative pressure.
At the end of it, we found a bags filter which take care of eliminating the dust inside exhaust air.
