The plant has been designed for the valorization of by-products from meat processing, with particular focus on protein hydrolysates obtained from chicken and turkey<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

The Gatedryer\u00ae<\/strong> ensures a controlled and high-efficiency drying process<\/strong>, allowing the proper management of the product\u2019s thermo-sensitive characteristics while preserving its protein value and the quality of the final hydrolysate.<\/p>
