The unit is designed for the drying of graphene and boron nitride dispersed in NMP solvent (N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The system, built in a vertical configuration, has been developed to ensure maximum safety and reliability in the processing of advanced materials and sensitive solvents, while guaranteeing high process performance and consistent product quality.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The system operates in a closed-loop nitrogen atmosphere, a solution designed to maintain controlled conditions throughout all drying stages. The plant is also equipped with:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>oxygen detectors for continuous monitoring of the internal atmosphere;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a condenser for solvent recovery;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>an electric generator dedicated to providing the thermal energy required for the drying process;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>advanced automation and control systems for continuous monitoring of process parameters, ensuring maximum operational safety, process accuracy, and system reliability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thanks to the vertical configuration of the Gatedryer\u00ae, high heat transfer efficiency, uniform drying, and optimal product handling can be achieved.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With this project, TECOMA confirms its ability to design and supply both vertical and horizontal solutions, customized according to product characteristics, process requirements, and specific customer applications.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The expertise developed in advanced drying processes enables TECOMA to provide innovative and reliable technologies for high-tech industrial applications, contributing to
