However, our experience and expertise also allow us to design and install vertical spray dryers, offering a comprehensive range of solutions for the industry.

Vertical spray dryers, often considered the traditional configuration, still represent a valid solution for many industrial applications. TECOMA has already installed plants with this technology and is currently developing new projects with this configuration, demonstrating our flexibility in meeting customer needs.

We understand that every production process has specific requirements, which is why we offer a dual option:
🔹 Vertical spray dryer, for those who prefer a consolidated and traditional configuration.
🔹 GATEDRYER® – Horizontal spray dryer, a patented technology with significant advantages, including a shorter residence time of the material in contact with hot air (ideal for heat-sensitive products) and a more compact drying chamber, up to 1/6 – 1/8 smaller than a vertical system with the same evaporation capacity.
